Sam Peay

Sam Peay has a diverse background in treasury and finance roles. Sam's most recent position was as the Director of Treasury at Assembly since November 2022. Prior to that, Sam worked as a Treasury Director at SoundHound from April 2022 to November 2022. Before that, Sam held the position of Treasury Director at Vacasa from January 2020 to April 2022. Sam also has experience as a Senior Manager of Treasury at Ancestry from February 2017 to January 2020, a Senior Treasury Analyst II at EnergySolutions in January 2017, and a Manager of Treasury & Investor Relations at USANA Health Sciences from July 2013 to January 2017. Sam started their career at Goldman Sachs as a Private Wealth Management Associate from March 2010 to July 2013.

Sam Peay obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering and Technology Management from the Colorado School of Mines, completing their studies from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Southern Utah University, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sam Peay also obtained certification as a Certified Treasury Professional from the Association for Financial Professionals in June 2015.
