Morgan Matthews

Morgan Matthews currently serves as the Director of Engagement at Assembly Global since March 2025. Previously held the position of Global Director, People Experience & Culture at Pfizer from August 2023 to August 2024, where notable achievements included launching a sponsorship initiative that enhanced talent development and conducting a deep analysis of engagement data for targeted interventions. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Inclusion & Strategy at Peloton Interactive, where initiatives led to increased office utilization and participant engagement in Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). At Away, as Senior Manager of Employee Engagement & Learning & Development, Morgan implemented innovative programming that elevated employee participation and improved hiring strategies. Additionally, served as Diversity & Inclusion Lead at JetBlue Airways.
