Michelle A. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Michelle started their career in 2014 at Canada Life, where they worked as a Data Entry Clerk, handling insurance documentation and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Michelle was selected by their team leader to rework a procedural guide and was entrusted with confidential information.

In 2022, Michelle joined RockMass Technologies as an Embedded Systems Quality Assurance Engineer. Michelle ensured high-quality delivery of hardware and software solutions, collaborated with the CTO to improve testing and processes, and deployed updated software to hardware products.
