Previously, Ryan worked at Mixpanel for nearly a decade, holding positions including Senior Director of Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services, where leadership extended to a global team of over 40 professionals aimed at enhancing the customer journey through technical support and consultation. Early career experience includes a role as a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, concentrating on system architecture and technology solutions. Ryan holds both a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern California.
