Alessia Iani

Alessia Iani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alessia is currently employed as a Senior Project Manager at Assent Compliance Inc since January 2022. Prior to that role, they worked as a Project Manager, Implementation at ADP from March 2021 to January 2022. From March 2017 to March 2021, they served as a Project Manager at Payments Canada. Alessia also has experience as a Program Administrator at Tiree from November 2015 to March 2017, and as a Project Administrator at Dalcon Enterprises Inc from March 2015 to November 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Journalist, Content Writer & Editor at Union Strategies Inc. from May 2014 to November 2014. Alessia'searliest recorded work experience was as a Lead Editorial and Research Assistant, as well as an Office Manager at The Canadian Poetry Project from September 2009 to August 2012.

Alessia Iani completed their education at McMaster University, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in English from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Western University, graduating with an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree from 2008 to 2012. At Western University, they pursued a double major in English Language and Literature, as well as History.

Additionally, Alessia has obtained several certifications. In November 2018, they received their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In November 2019, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in October 2020, they obtained the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci.
