Brian Elder is a Technical Lead at Assent Compliance Inc, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of new functionality with quality. Brian also has experience as a Technical Support Agent at SITEL Corporation. Brian holds a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer degree from Itplanit Services Corporation, a Comptia A+ Software Certification from The Academy of Learning Computer and Business Career College, and a BA in Sociology from the University of Ottawa.
