Ebenezer Orumwense is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program consulting and client management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Consultant and Customer Success Manager at Assent since June 2021, Ebenezer has managed a client portfolio with an annual recurring revenue exceeding $10 million and achieved a 96% customer retention rate through personalized success strategies.
