Jay Thomas

Jay Thomas has a diverse range of work experience. Jay is currently employed as an Account Executive at Assent Compliance Inc, a position they started in January 2022. Prior to this, Jay worked at Tartan High School as an Assistant Football Coach starting in August 2017. From January 2020 to January 2022, they were an Account Executive at Jamf. Jay also served as an Account Manager at Hollstadt Consulting from February 2017 to January 2020, where they provided consultative sales and project management services. Before that, they worked as a Recruiter/Coach at PreSnap Football Academy from May 2010 to August 2018, focusing on recruiting young athletes and running day-to-day operations. Jay also gained experience as a Varsity Running Back Coach at Apple Valley High School from August 2015 to August 2017. In addition, they worked as a Business Development Manager at CATS Software, Inc for a few months in 2016. Prior to that, Jay was a Regional Inside Sales Representative at TempWorks Staffing Software from November 2015 to May 2016, where they helped staffing companies with software solutions. Jay also worked as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems from September 2013 to August 2015, and as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from August 2012 to August 2013, where they played a significant role in sales and customer service.

Jay Thomas completed their high school education and obtained a high school diploma in General Studies from Tartan Senior High School from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies at the University of Minnesota from 2005 to 2010.
