Julia Richter has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Julia started their career as a Front Office Intern at Steigenberger Hotels AG in 2014 and then worked as a Front Office Trainee at Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa in 2015. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at The Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg as a Trainee Front of House. Later, they joined Swissôtel Dresden Am Schloss as a Service Help from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Front Desk Agent at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. and then moved to Hotel Fürstenhof, Leipzig as a Front Desk Agent from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Webfleet Solutions, first as a Customer Relationship Management D-A-CH and then as a Customer Success Manager D-A-CH. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager at Assent since 2022.

Julia Richter attended SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Hotelmanagement.
