Customer Success Manager at Assent

Lea Rebmann has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries.

In 2009, Lea worked as an intern at the State Chancellery of Saarland.

From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Telephone/Field Interviewer at Forschungsgruppe Wahlen.

In 2011, Lea had an internship at BASF.

Starting in 2014, they became a Customer Service Representative at Ormco B.V., where they handled B2B customer service, order processing, complaint handling, and sales reporting. Lea also developed working instructions for the Customer Service department.

From 2015 to 2021, Lea joined Extron Electronics, initially as a Customer Support staff and later as an Account Specialist. Lea'sresponsibilities included collaborating with field sales staff, training team members, maintaining relationships with partners, and coordinating company events. Lea also had additional responsibilities as an Office Coordinator, creating reports, coordinating invitations, and managing training material databases.

Currently, Lea Rebmann is working at Assent as a Customer Success Associate, and they were promoted to the role of Customer Success Manager in March 2022.

Lea Rebmann holds a Master of Science (MSc.) degree in Sustainable Development from Utrecht University, which they completed between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Political Science and Public Law from the University of Mannheim, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their academic qualifications, Lea has also obtained certifications in customer success. In November 2021, they completed the Level 2 Customer Success Advanced certification from Growth Molecules. Moreover, in September 2021, they obtained the Level 1 Customer Success Foundations certification, also from Growth Molecules.
