Leevoy Antonio

Leevoy Antonio has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries.

In 2016, they worked as an IT Specialist at the University of Eldoret, where they provided hardware and software support, diagnosed technical issues, and handled network administration.

Starting in 2018, Antonio joined CloudFactory as a Customer Support Specialist, where they handled user tickets, resolved issues, and escalated complex problems. Leevoy additionally worked as a Data Specialist, demonstrating their proficiency in data management and analysis.

During the same period, they also worked as a Graphic Designer at Mandl Creatives, where they collaborated with clients to understand their design requirements and produced creative concepts, illustrations, logos, and websites.

In 2021, Antonio transitioned to Sama as a Quality Analyst, conducting quality checks on project deliverables, generating reports, analyzing project data, and providing solutions to enhance training and quality assurance processes.

Currently, Antonio is working as a Supplier Intelligence Analyst at Assent, where they focus on data analysis, visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting. Leevoy actively engages with cross-functional teams, manages data using BI tools, and employs automation using Python.

Throughout their career, Antonio has demonstrated a strong skill set in data analysis, problem-solving, quality assurance, customer support, and graphic design.

Leevoy Antonio completed their high school education at Chewoyet High School from 2009 to 2013. Afterward, they attended the Technical University of Mombasa from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.

In 2021, Leevoy Antonio obtained the Google IT Support Professional Certificate from Google and the Google IT Support Specialization from Coursera, both in July. Leevoy also completed the following courses on Coursera during that year: Technical Support Fundamentals in March, The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking in April, Operating Systems and You: Becoming a Power User in April, and System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services in May. Furthermore, they accomplished IT Security: Defense against the digital dark arts in July.

In 2022, Leevoy Antonio pursued further education by enrolling in Coursera's Google IT Support Professional Certificate.

Regarding additional certifications, Leevoy Antonio obtained the following certificates on Coursera: Foundations of Project Management in June 2022, Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project in September 2022, and Project Planning: Putting It All Together in October 2022. Additionally, they earned a Crash Course on Python certificate in December 2021, and an Agile Project Management certificate on Coursera in February 2023.
