Melissa Dunn

Melissa Dunn is a seasoned professional in revenue operations and customer success, currently serving as the Manager of Revenue Operations at Assent since March 2024, following a role as Customer Support Manager at Traction Rec. With a strong foundation built over more than a decade at Phreesia, where Melissa held various leadership positions, including Director of Customer Solutions Operations, Melissa has demonstrated expertise in managing customer success teams, operations, and strategic accounts. Earlier experience includes roles at Wolters Kluwer CCH Canada as an Account Manager and Product Specialist. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honors degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto, earned between 2002 and 2007.
