Roxy Swails

Roxy Swails, PhD, is a regulatory and sustainability expert with a passion for enhancing environmental performance and product stewardship. They currently serve as the Standards Leader for Product Stewardship and Sustainability at Lutron Electronics, where they collaborate with various teams to develop sustainability roadmaps and guide compliance with chemical regulations. Prior to this role, Roxy held several academic positions, including a Chemistry Professor for over nine years, where they conducted research and mentored students. Roxy earned a Ph.D. in Organometallic Chemistry from the University of Florida and a B.S. in Chemistry from George Fox University.
