Shannon Murphy

Shannon Murphy is an experienced professional with a strong background in implementation consulting and client success. Currently serving as a Manager of Implementation Consulting at Assent since December 2021, Shannon previously held several roles at Phreesia from June 2016 to December 2021, culminating in the position of Team Lead for Client Success. Prior experience includes positions at Events.com and EventsOnline, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing Canadian operations and implementing new technology products to managing client relationships and developing social media strategies. Shannon began a career in the public sector as a Records Clerk at the Ministry of Transportation. Shannon holds a Bachelor of International Business with a focus on Strategic Management and International Human Resources from Carleton University, supplemented by a minor in Spanish from a study abroad program at Universidad de Chile.
