Xavier Padilla

Xavier Padilla's work experience begins in 2016 as a Sales Intern at Toyota North America, where they provided support in customer service and sales forecasting. In 2017, they interned at AFP Integra as an Administration Intern, managing agency funds and providing support for maintenance control. Xavier also interned at DINET, Operador Logístico, as a Project Management Intern, assisting with project formulation and data preparation. In 2018, they had two roles at Roche, serving as a Controlling Intern and a Business Support Intern, responsible for budget planning, expense analysis, and purchase order management. In 2019, they worked as a Regional Business Analyst at Banco de Crédito BCP, analyzing market share and preparing balance projections. From 2020 to 2022, they were a Revenue Management Analyst at Alicorp, where they prepared KPI reports, projected GTN, and conducted profitability analysis. Currently, they are working at Assent as a Program Delivery Specialist, participating in informative sessions, analyzing account reviews, and preparing project deliverables.

Xavier Padilla began their education at De la Inmaculada School, where they earned their High School Diploma from 2005 to 2012. Xavier then went on to pursue an Industrial Engineering Degree at Universidad de Lima from 2013 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Xavier Padilla has obtained several certifications. In 2012, they obtained the FCE (First Certificate in English) from the University of Cambridge. From 2016, they completed the Excel Program 2016 at Universidad de Lima. In 2017, they completed the Project Management and Direction Program at UCLA Extension.

Later, in 2019, Xavier Padilla obtained various certifications, including the Specialized Banking Program from Banco de Crédito BCP, the Project Management Career-Specialization, the Business Strategy Certification, the Corporate Finance Certification, the Industrial Processes Certification, and the Organization and Methods Certification, all from Universidad de Lima.

Most recently, in 2020, they obtained the Digital Skills for Professionals certification from Google Activate.
