Cameron Rasmussen

Cameron Rasmussen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as a Customer Service Representative at ServerPlus from August 2015 to August 2016.

In 2018, Cameron worked at Starbucks as a Barista and Barista Trainer in downtown Salt Lake City. They provided services to a busy Starbucks store and played a role in marketing launches bi-quarterly. As a trainer, Cameron successfully trained over 12 new baristas, ensuring they understood company policies and standards.

Moving into the tech industry, Cameron joined Blerp as a Frontend React Intern from July 2020 to October 2020. Following that, they worked at V School as a JavaScript Teaching Assistant from July 2020 to January 2021. In this role, Cameron ran standup meetings and assisted students with coding problems through Slack and Zoom calls.

Continuing their career in tech, Cameron joined Skylab, Inc. as a React Native Developer from September 2020 to January 2021. They utilized React Native with Expo, Firebase, and Stream Chat to develop frames and client-side structure for a new social media app on Android and iOS. Cameron also used React Native Reanimated to create pleasing and high-performance animations.

Currently, Cameron is working at Asserta Health as a Software Engineer starting from July 2021. Further details about their role and responsibilities are not provided.

Cameron Rasmussen attended V School in the year 2020, studying MERN Stack JS. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, they attended Utah Valley University, but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study.
