Karen Cosby

Karen Cosby has worked in the healthcare industry since 1996. Karen began their career at Solvay Pharmaceuticals as a Regional Training Manager and Specialty Sales Consultant, Mental Health. In 2001, they moved to Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical as a Specialty Neuroscience Representative. In 2008, they joined ProStrakan as a Specialty Oncology Sales Consultant. In 2012, they began working as a Business Training Consultant for It's Done! Private Consultancy. In 2014, they became a Professional Neuroscience Representative for PDI/Pfizer. Most recently, they have been a Neurology Sales Specialist for Assertio Therapeutics, Inc. since 2015.

Karen Cosby has a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Virginia. Karen also attended The George Washington University School of Business. In addition, they have obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business in May 2021, a Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences Certificate from LinkedIn in June 2020, an Unconscious Bias Certificate from LinkedIn in June 2020, and a District of Columbia Pharmaceutical Detailers License from the DC Department of Health.
