Valentine Matula is the Founder & Principal Consultant at VCM Advising LLC, where Valentine advises firms on contact center migrations. Valentine also works as an Advisor at ASSERTION Inc, providing guidance on cloud and premise security solutions. Previously, Valentine served as the Vice President at Avaya, managing a global business division focused on emerging technology solutions. Prior to that, Valentine was the Senior Director, leading teams to develop new communication solutions. Matula holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Engineering and an M.S. Engr. in Computer, Information, and Control Engineering.
