Mark Irvine

Mark Irvine has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Mark began their career at IBM as an Equipment Maintenance Technician before transitioning into the role of a Business Analyst, where they were responsible for defining system requirements and leading IT system implementations in a manufacturing environment.

Mark later joined Dell as a Software Test Team Lead, where they led a team in conducting software testing activities. At Transaction Network Services, Mark established a new QA organization and managed functional and non-functional testing of multiple card payment technologies product lines. Mark introduced a test automation architecture and utilized technologies such as .Net, Python, and Linux.

Mark then joined BearingPoint as the Head of QA, where they successfully guided the growth and development of the QA group, expanding the team from 5 to 20 QA Engineers. Mark also provided test management and strategic advisory services to clients in Ireland and the UK.

As the Head of QA at ClaimVantage, Mark held complete ownership of the QA process, defining its strategy, building the team, and delivering high-quality software products to clients. Mark ensured the availability of QA reports, demonstrating the company's commitment to quality management processes.

Before their current role, Mark worked at Majesco as the Director of Solution Support, where they contributed to solving complex customer issues and provided support and guidance to the solution support team.

Currently, Mark is the VP Software Operations at Asset Class and is also serving as the Head of Engineering. It is anticipated that they will continue to make significant contributions to the company's technological advancements and overall operations.

Mark completed a Graduate Diploma in IT from Dublin City University from 2004 to 2006.

Mark pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from Technological University Dublin from 1996 to 2002.
