AMS works with individual consumers and brokers, small and minority owned businesses, as well as the largest government agencies. These clients ranging from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, Fannie Mae, federal state and local government agencies, and private mortgage banks have come to AMS with their toughest real estate issues. Creating successful implementations through new innovation and efficiencies drive the team’s passion and dedication to do good work. Since 1994 the founders and staff have worked diligently to grow the business from a small locally owned business to the national footprint which exist today. 

AMS has determined its operating segments through needs, which are generally based on the nature and location of its clients, to be the high volume markets for foreclosures and real estate owned inventory. AMS regional and local offices span the continental United States performing many of the AMS services locally which includes having field service and construction crews. The local employees act as agents interacting with partners and completing field services, quality control, asset management, and project management.
