Heather Gille

Heather Gille is the Chief People Officer at AssetMark since February 2025, previously serving in the same role at Grammarly from October 2023 to November 2024, where strategic initiatives significantly enhanced global People Strategy metrics. Prior to Grammarly, Gille held the Chief People Officer position at Certinia from December 2021 to October 2023, focusing on talent improvements during a critical exit phase and enhancing C-Suite relationships within a global workforce. Gille's earlier experience includes serving as Global Vice President of People & Workplace at Glu Mobile from September 2019 to November 2021, where a new HR leadership strategy was implemented for rapid growth, and as Vice President of Human Resources at McKesson from September 2015 to September 2019, leading a Center of Excellence related to HR during mergers and acquisitions. Gille's career began with a focus on talent acquisition, culminating in leading a global team at McKesson. Gille holds a BSC in Finance and a certificate in Retail Management from Santa Clara University.
