Ming Sinn

Ming Sinn is a Senior Accountant at AssetMark, where responsibilities include preparing and maintaining SOX controls related to ASC 350 Internally-Used Capitalized Software, as well as conducting monthly financial variance analysis. Previously, Ming served as a Senior GL Accountant at Dolby Laboratories, managing journal entries and reconciliations related to several accounting standards including ASC 842. Prior experience includes positions as a Staff Accountant at Chek Tan and Company, LLP, and a Part-Time Accounting Tutor at The Uni Prep, where tutoring focused on complex accounting concepts. Ming also volunteered with the IRS's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, preparing tax returns, and has gained foundational experience as a Public Accounting Assistant during an internship. Ming holds a Master's degree in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University at Albany, SUNY.
