Ron Pickett

Ron Pickett MBA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting, innovation leadership, and educational roles. Currently serving as an Authorized AssetPool Partner since May 2023, Ron contributes to an industry-leading facilities and asset management system. As President of RDM Management Group since 1996, Ron provides strategic planning and corporate innovation leadership. Additional experience includes teaching innovation leadership at Georgian College for nearly a decade and holding a position on the Board of Directors at the Newmarket Chamber of Commerce. Ron also served as Executive Vice President of the Canadian Telecommunications Consultant's Association and was a Partner and Practice Leader at Hoey Associates Management Consultants. Earlier career highlights include directing telecommunications at CBC. Educational achievements include an MBA, a Master's Certification in Innovation Leadership, and a Teaching and Training Certification in Adult Education.
