Mr. Lindstrom is responsible for the management of ASSIA’s financial and human resources operations. His responsibilities range from budgeting to business planning and investment analysis. He is an accomplished CFO with significant experience with emerging and mid-size technology companies. His skills include identifying and evaluating strategic options, building accounting organizations and IT support, establishing tax structures, budgeting and planning, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, private and public equity financing, debt financing and restructuring, and interest rate and foreign exchange hedging transactions.

He has worked for a variety of manufacturing, software, and service companies including Cadence, Trident Microsystems, Silicon Perspective Corporation, eSilicon Corporation, C-Cube Microsystems, Finnigan Corporation, and Fairchild Camera and Instrument Corporation. Most recently, he spent seven years as COO of Kilopass Technology, acquired by Synopsys.
