Mariya Zhelvitskaya serves as the Head of the Executive Search Department at Assistance Group since February 2023, overseeing recruitment processes and engaging with both clients and candidates. Previously, Mariya held roles including Senior Recruitment Specialist, Lead Business Developer/Recruiter at HRBRO, and Recruitment Specialist at Selecty, where responsibilities encompassed managing recruitment processes and developing client relationships. Experience also includes project management as a Research Project Manager in HR and marketing research, and assessment roles involving personnel evaluation. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Measurement in Psychology and Education from the Higher School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern Federal University.
