The best founders don't do more. They delegate better.

Assistant Launch places world-class, AI-enhanced Executive Assistants with founders and executives who are ready to reclaim their time - and their focus.

We're not a VA marketplace. We're not Upwork. We're a premium placement company with a proven matching process, deep onboarding, and a track record of long-term, successful EA relationships.

Here's what our clients get:

→ A dedicated 1:1 EA — not a shared resource
→ AI-enhanced productivity built into every engagement
→ Custom matching based on your work style, not just your task list
→ Placement in under a week
→ A partner who proactively protects your time

We've spent 6 years refining the process. Our clients reclaim 25–30+ hours per week - and they don't lift a finger to get there.
