Crystal Ewing has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Crystal started their career in 1983 as a Registered Nurse in the Critical Care Unit at Mercy Hospital. Crystal then worked at Saint Francis Health System in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit from 1985 to 1986. In 1986, they joined Saint Luke's Health System as a Registered Nurse in the Neuro-Surgical Intensive Care unit. From 1987 to 1991, Crystal served as a Nursing Supervisor in the In-House Pain Service at Westport Anesthesia-Saint Lukes. In 1992, they joined Centennial Neurology LLC, where they worked as an Office Nurse and Infusion Specialist for over two decades until April 2013. Crystal then transitioned to Teva Pharmaceuticals in 2005. Their roles at Teva included Home Based Training Nurse Contractor, Senior Call Center Nurse, Quality Assurance Specialist Patient Services, Senior Supervisor Patient Services, and Manager of Patient Services and Support. In April 2019, Crystal started working at AssistRx as a Program Manager for Patient Services, where they are responsible for managing nursing and insurance operations, as well as developing and maintaining patient adherence and compliance programs.

Crystal Ewing has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) which was obtained from Wichita State University between 1986 and 1988. Crystal also earned an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from Labette Community College between 1982 and 1984. Crystal has additional certifications including a Multiple Sclerosis Certified Nurse from the IOMSN, obtained in December 2007. Crystal also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from Teva Pharmaceuticals, and a Missouri Multi-State Nursing License from the Missouri Board of Nursing.
