Mark Krueger

Mark Krueger has over 15 years of work experience. Mark began their career at Spiralkote Flexible Packaging as an Operations Analyst from May 2004 to May 2006. Mark then moved on to Express Scripts, where they worked as a Sr Business Systems Analyst from May 2006 to March 2016. Following that, they joined Creehan & Company as a Business Analyst / Software Designer from March 2016 to December 2017.

In 2018, Mark started working at AssistRx. Mark first worked as a Business Analyst from January 2018 to August 2018. Then, they became the Business Analyst Team Lead from August 2018 to May 2019, where they effectively managed client communications and expectations, collected business requirements, and coordinated with different teams.

From May 2019 to October 2022, Mark held the position of Manager, Implementation, where they provided guidance to the team, established and managed expectations, and built positive relationships with Technology and Business teams. Currently, they serve as the Senior Manager Business Analysis at AssistRx starting from October 2022.

Mark Krueger earned a Master's degree in Health Care Informatics from the University of Central Florida, starting in 2019 and completing their studies in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university, starting in 2000 and finishing in 2004. Mark also holds additional certifications including CompTIA A+ from CompTIA, obtained in January 2005, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, earned in June 2022, and Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) from HEALTHCARE INFORMATION AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS SOCIETY, obtained in April 2021.
