Vincent Truman

Vincent Truman is an experienced storyteller, producer, director, and writer with a diverse background in various creative roles. Since October 2011, Vincent has contributed to multiple storytelling platforms including Chicago Moth, DNS Uptown, and the Truth or Lie Reading Series. In addition, Vincent has been actively involved with The Viable Theater Company since September 1992, performing duties such as lighting design, score composition, and marketing, alongside directing and writing. As the writer and producer of the web series "Single Again For The First Time," Vincent addresses post-marriage issues with an emphasis on personal responsibility. Notable writing contributions include media reviews for Associated Content and earlier roles at organizations such as Suspicious Clowns and JACENK.NET. Vincent's educational background includes program completion in improvisation and written comedy from Second City and a BS in Communications from Columbia College Chicago.
