Brent Schmidt

Brent Schmidt, P.Geo., is a Senior Geoscientist at Associated Engineering, serving as the Contaminated Sites Team Lead for Alberta North since March 2019. With extensive experience in project management and technical leadership, Brent specializes in environmental site assessments, remedial options analysis, and the development of remedial action plans. Previous roles include Geoscientist at Vertex Resource Group Ltd. and Environmental Scientist at Tetra Tech Canada Inc., where responsibilities focused on groundwater assessments and contaminated site evaluations. Brent holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Alberta, earned in 2011.
