Helen Chan

Helen Chan is a Civil Engineer with extensive project management experience, specializing in civil and energy-related projects. They held the position of Project Engineer at the City of Richmond from 2004 to 2010 and served as Manager of Advisory Services and Major Projects Delivery at Associated Engineering from 1999 to 2004. Currently, Helen is the Manager of the Energy Group, overseeing the resourcing and timely delivery of multi-discipline projects, including district energy systems and waste-to-energy initiatives. Helen earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Diploma of Technology in Civil and Structural from BCIT School of Business.
