Lillian Siu is the Buildings Engineering Division Manager at Associated Engineering, where they lead structural, mechanical, and energy engineering teams focused on sustainable and resilient buildings and infrastructure. With over 30 years of industry experience, Lillian has managed complex, multi-disciplinary teams from design to construction. Previously, they served as Project Manager and Structural Engineer at Amec Dynamic Structures from 1993 to 2000, and as Director of Operations at Morrison Hershfield from 2001 to 2022. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science and a M.A.Sc. in Civil and Structural Engineering at The University of British Columbia, Lillian is also dedicated to mentoring high school students through the YWCA’s Mentoring Program, emphasizing the significant impact engineers have on communities.
