Rosanne Allen is an experienced payroll and benefits manager with a diverse background in supervising payroll and benefits administration across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Payroll and Benefits at Associated Engineering since March 2015, Rosanne oversees payroll and benefits processing for 1,000 employees, managing a team of two. Previous roles include Payroll Consultant at Acrodex, where Rosanne implemented process improvements for 540 employees, and Supervisor of Compensation and Benefits at AltaSteel Ltd., supervising payroll for 400 employees. At Intuit Canada, Rosanne progressed from Payroll Analyst to Payroll Manager, managing multi-provincial payrolls. Earlier experience includes bookkeeping at Tanner Properties and payroll supervision at Banff Caribou Properties, showcasing strong organizational and communication skills. Rosanne holds a Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation from NAIT and specializes in Ceridian products, with comprehensive knowledge of various payroll systems.
