Eric Spence

Eric Spence is a seasoned executive in the sales and channel strategy domain, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Channel Strategy at Associated Materials since July 2024. Previously, Eric held the role of Executive Vice President at North American Specialty Laminations from January 2023 to July 2024. As the CEO and Founder of Empirical Sales Solutions from January 2010 to January 2023, Eric demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Additional experience includes serving as President/CEO at RAM Windows from January 2019 to December 2022 and Senior VP of Sales and Marketing at Ply Gem from May 2014 to January 2019. Eric commenced a longstanding career at Jeld-Wen, where the role of Senior VP of Sales was held from 1983 to 2010. Eric Spence earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ohio Northern University.
