They have held various leadership roles, most recently serving as VP of Strategic Pricing at Associated Materials, where they launched and scaled the Pricing and Deal Desk function. Praks has a strong background in driving transformation initiatives and is recognized for their expertise in value-based pricing strategy and competitive intelligence. They hold multiple degrees, including an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
