Barry Hatton is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in reporting from Lisbon. Serving as the Lisbon correspondent for The Associated Press since 1997, Barry has built a solid reputation in the field. Previously, Barry worked in a similar capacity at United Press International from 1992 to 1997. Prior to that, Barry held the position of deputy editor at The Anglo-Portuguese News from 1987 to 1992. Barry holds a degree in German with French, Language and Literature from King's College London, completed between 1981 and 1985.
