Basel Radwan

Basel Radwan is a seasoned professional in customer engagement and broadcast engineering, currently serving as the Global Customer Engagement Manager at The Associated Press since October 2015, where responsibilities include designing customer journeys and enhancing subscription-based services. Prior to this, Basel held the position of Technical Engagement Manager at The Associated Press and has extensive experience in broadcast engineering roles at Dubai Media Incorporated, Tower Media Middle East FZ LLC, Ashorooq TV, and ALKASS Sports Channels. Basel's educational background includes a PhD in Customer Success from Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris, an MBA in Project Management from Al Ghurair University, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
