Caleb Jones

Caleb Jones has extensive experience in journalism and news management, currently serving as the U.S. Assistant News Director for The Associated Press, overseeing news operations across the New England states. In this role, Caleb directs coverage, assigns stories, and manages diverse media formats. Previous positions at The Associated Press include Deputy News Director for the US West Region, where oversight spanned 12 states, and Correspondent, covering significant events such as COVID-19 and the war in Ukraine. Additional roles involved managing teams, producing multimedia content, and serving as a photo editor. Before joining The Associated Press, Caleb worked as a journalist for North Adams Transcript. Caleb holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
