Elise Ryan

Elise Ryan is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in audience engagement, editorial leadership, and content development. Currently serving as an Audience Engagement Editor at The Associated Press since June 2021, Elise previously held roles including Audience Development Intern and Podcast Loyalty Intern at American Public Media Group. Educational background includes a degree in English with a concentration in Non-Fiction Writing from Brown University, where Elise also contributed significantly to The Brown Daily Herald as Senior Editor and Arts and Culture Section Editor. Additional experience includes writing for UroToday and DOGO Media, along with serving as a library docent at John Hay Library.
