Joel Ray is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning multiple fields. As a stringer for The Associated Press since January 2004, Joel has contributed to journalism. In addition, Joel founded the WESTRAY Foundation in January 2003, focusing on the support of military personnel and their reintegration into society. Serving as the Chief Executive Officer of WESTRAY Enterprises, Inc. since January 2002, Joel oversees various initiatives, including the Cape Area Medical Innovation Group, WESTRAY Photography, WESTRAY Studio, and Providers Assuring Rehabilitation Efficacy. As a board-certified neurosurgeon with Cape Neurosurgical Associates since August 1997 and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons since 1987, Joel has established a strong medical career.
