Patricia Duque

Patricia Duque currently serves as the Director, HR Business Partner for News at The Associated Press, overseeing global HR for the news division since October 2023. Prior to this role, Patricia held multiple leadership positions at Freshly, including Director of HR Operational Excellence and Director of Organizational Development, focusing on employee experience. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of HR Business Partner at CBS Television Studios, supporting various east coast productions, and leading HR transformation initiatives at Tapestry, where Patricia implemented global HR processes across multiple brands. Other roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Prudential Financial, a focus on organizational development at The Walt Disney Company, and change management at the University of Miami. Patricia holds an M.A. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a B.S. in the same field from Barry University.
