Robb Regan

Robb Regan is a seasoned software architect at the Associated Press, with a career spanning from 2004 to the present. Regan has expertise in audio and video distribution orchestration using Amazon AWS serverless architecture and Python. Recent projects have involved the transition from satellite to modern delivery systems while leading a geographically dispersed development team utilizing scrum agile methodologies. Previously, Regan served as the lead software developer for the AP Media Port project and developed various internal products as a software engineer. Prior to the Associated Press, Regan worked as an operations manager for US Viking LLC, where the development of AP's ENPS was a highlight. Experience also includes roles at the Associated Press in software support and roles in graphic design and video production earlier in the career. Regan holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting and Electronic Communications from Marquette University and has received specialized training in Microsoft technologies.
