Serginho Roosblad

Serginho Roosblad is an accomplished Video Producer with extensive experience in journalism and media production. Currently employed at The Associated Press since June 2021, Serginho previously worked as an On-call Video Producer for KQED Arts and a Producer at Inside Out Media, Inc., where a feature-length documentary titled 'Exposing Muybridge' was produced. Earlier roles include contributions as a Foreign Correspondent for various international media outlets and a Reporter/Editor/Presenter for Radio Netherlands Worldwide's 'Bridges with Africa' program. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Journalism from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master of Philosophy in African Studies from the University of Cape Town, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
