Stephen Rogouski is an experienced software engineer currently serving as the lead developer on the internal eAPAdmin website at the Associated Press, where responsibilities include managing the company database in SQL Server and developing application portals using ASP.NET and C#. Prior to this role, Stephen authored the book "Arpeggios for the Modern Guitarist" under the pseudonym Stephen Ross and held various positions in web development, including lead ASP.NET developer/architect at Ferrara & Company and web consultant at Rogonet.
