John Wright has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. John worked at ASCO Equipment from 1999 to 2007, holding multiple roles. In 2001, they also worked as a Data Entry Clerk at Pyramid Fitness Center and as an Assistant Instructor at Sang Kim's Tae Kwon Do. John then worked as a Research Assistant at Texas A&M University from 2006 to 2007. John later joined GE Energy as a Summer Intern in 2007. From 2008 to 2013, John worked at L-3 Communications Integrated Systems as a Design Engineer II, where they performed design lead tasks and worked on design projects involving aircraft grade materials. In 2013, they joined ASCO Equipment again, this time in a leadership role as the CIO/VP/3G. In this position, they led a business system change by migrating to a cloud-based system, resulting in improved efficiency and functionality for 360 users.

John Wright began their education in 2003 at Texas A&M University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. During their time at Texas A&M, they also took some courses in Business. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2007, John pursued further education and attended the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business from 2011 to 2012. There, they acquired a Professional MBA degree with a concentration in Strategy and Entrepreneurship. In addition to their formal education, John also has certifications in Boeing Structural Repair Parts 1 and 2, obtained from Boeing; however, the specific time of obtaining these certifications is not provided.
