Andrew Boult

Andrew Boult is an experienced talent acquisition specialist currently working at Associated since January 2022. Previously, Andrew served as a corporate recruiter for Napleton Automotive Group from May 2021 to December 2021 and held the position of director of operations at Insomnia Cookies from June 2019 to May 2021. Andrew's early career included roles as a field recruiter at Portillo's Hot Dogs, where responsibilities included sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly staff for 53 locations nationwide, as well as district manager for Jimmy John's, focusing on recruiting and training management staff for five franchised locations. Andrew holds a degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, having completed the PDT Behavioral Study from 2013 to 2014, and graduated from Oak Park River Forest High School in 2006.
