Jason Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jason began their career as a Pharmacy Technician at Rite Aid Pharmacy in 1992, providing customer service and preparing pharmaceuticals. Jason then transitioned to the medical field, working as a Staff Medical Technologist II at the University of Kentucky Hospital from 1996 to 2000. In this role, they conducted laboratory testing and collaborated with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

In 2000, Jason joined the University of Kentucky Research and Data Management Center as a Programmer System Analyst. Jason developed various web applications, designed websites, and administered relational databases. After two years, they moved on to Inet-Pub, LLC, where they worked as a Partner and Senior Developer. During their tenure from 2001 to 2015, they customized and developed extensions for association management systems and maintained web applications across different platforms and programming languages.

In 2016, Jason took on the role of Owner and Consultant at LexWebPro, LLC, providing their expertise in web development and consultancy services. Jason also joined Association Analytics the same year as a Senior Data Engineer, where they developed data infrastructure and code for business intelligence and analytics solutions, utilizing technologies such as SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, .NET, C#, and ASP.

Throughout their career, Jason has consistently demonstrated their proficiency in data engineering, web development, and database administration. Their experience in the medical field has further reinforced their abilities in communication and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Jason Smith attended the University of Kentucky from 1990 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology. Jason then went on to pursue a Certificate in Computer Programming/Computer Information Systems from City University of Seattle from 1998 to 2001.
