The e-Enfance NGO / 3018 is the single point of entry for combating harassment and digital violence experienced by young people. Recognized as a public-interest organization, the NGO operates 3018, a free, anonymous, and confidential helpline for victims of harassment, cyberbullying, and other forms of online abuse. It is accessible by phone 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., as well as via 3018.fr, Messenger, and the 3018 app.

Each year, the e-Enfance NGO / 3018 raises awareness among 200,000 children, teenagers, parents, and professionals about issues related to harassment and digital usage.
