The mission of the Association for Postal Commerce (PostCom) is to represent those who use mail, or support others in the use of mail, for business communication and commerce before those who influence the development  and implementation of policies and procedures that affect the mail. Chief among these are the U.S. Postal Service, the Postal Regulatory Commission, the U.S. Postal Service Board of Governors, the U.S. Congress and other federal agencies with responsibilities affecting the use of the mail.
