The "Association of Professors of Economic Law" (abbreviated as "ADDE") is an unrecognized association, incorporated on April 4, 2014 and based in Rome, at Via Dalmazia No. 31. ADDE constitutes an expression of the scientific community of teachers and scholars of Economic Law (Disciplinary Scientific Area IUS/05).

In order to promote the study of Economic Law, ADDE "organizes research initiatives and all forms of meetings and collaboration between Italian and foreign universities, communities and associations of scholars, institutions in charge of regulating economic activities and markets. It also promotes the publication of books or periodicals, the conduct of research, including research commissioned by institutions or private individuals, the organization of activities aimed at the training of young scholars, and membership in organizations, including international and foreign organizations with similar purposes. The Association also aims to promote, for scientific and institutional purposes, university teaching and research in economic law. To this end, it actively participates in institutional initiatives regarding the organization of university studies, promoting the enhancement of issues pertaining to economic law" (Art. 2 of the bylaws currently in force).
